Prices displayed on our website are estimates based on typical restoration work. Final pricing may be adjusted based on the actual condition of materials and complexity of work required. We will communicate any pricing changes before proceeding with work.

We offer reasonable revisions to completed restoration work to ensure your satisfaction. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery of the restored files.
Payment is due upon completion of restoration work and before delivery of final high-resolution files. We accept payment methods as indicated during the service request process.
You may cancel a restoration project before work begins for a full refund. Once work has commenced, cancellation may result in charges for work completed to that point.
